Step into a masterpiece
This was more than a launch of 20 extraordinary residences. It was the arrival of the Faena philosophy in the Middle East for the very first time.
To succeed, we had to introduce not just residences, but an idea, that art, imagination, and life itself could live as one. Faena and Wadi Safar share a common belief: art is not decoration, it’s devotion. Each Faena destination has its own commissioned masterpiece, a work that defines its spirit. That became our entry point, a way to enchant the region’s most discerning collectors and turn these residences into true living works of art.
Our idea was to create a brand and campaign that feels part of the Faena universe, surreal, sensual, and magnetic. A vision that transcends architectural renderings and property clichés, and instead draws you into a world painted by imagination. Inspired by Juan Gatti we commissioned a bespoke hand-drawn illustration, rich with symbolism and storytelling. A tapestry of Wadi Safar’s wild beauty, its native flora, fauna, and architectural motifs interwoven with Faena’s own iconography. A visual spell that says, unmistakably, Faena has arrived.
The illustration became the beating heart of the campaign animated, cropped into, and reimagined across every touchpoint. It anchored a brand world awash in the iconic Faena red, setting a new visual and emotional benchmark for luxury residential storytelling in the Kingdom.
