After successfully working together on One at Palm Jumeirah and The Residences by Dorchester Collection, UAE-based developer Omniyat once again partnered 
with Brash to create the brand for AVA at Palm Jumeirah.
Building on our understanding of the Omniyat brand and 
its vision, the ambition this time was to convey the idea of 
a truly special experience. With only one residence per floor, the level of privacy and detail at Ava is simply stunning.

The idea of ‘elevated lifestyle’ drove our creative thinking, alongside a desire to show how this can take the form 
of purity and simplicity. Ava is a soft and organic form, evoking the undulations of the surrounding sea, with architecture streamlined to ensure maximum sight lines 
for all residents. Our identity and look & feel echo that simplicity, elegance and beauty of form, as well as capturing the luxury service of The Dorchester Collection.
